System does not inform user that their email still isn't verified #765

When registering, if i don't click the verification email link, the system won't let me know that my email still has to be verified.

actually the validate users have a sort of green badge... or something. But unverified users does not have any UI feedback. This should be addressed let's also ask @micolsalomone for hints ;)
