(kiosk) See the single/multiple question dataviz as soon as we switch to that tab.

(send the OSC message before we need to touch any slider)

There are five places where we need to read the values for all the filter widgets:

when we switch to the multiple-question "View the dataviz" button (see first image)
when we click each of the four (4) viz mode in the single-question dataviz tab. (see second image)

It seems this is already complete. Or I just may need more details

We need to send the OSC message when we first show the tab.

Right now, the user needs to touch the button in order for it to send the OSC message.
