I would remove the 0.96" OLED and instead maybe rearrange the right part of the card so it's shorter. The OLED seems a bit unnecessary since you have pcie and sfp, thus you can setup state monitoring inside some software on the host PC or over the network.

If there won't be additional circuitry, I would place the SD card slot near the fpga oriented upwards(instead of the DIP switches, they would go in place of the OLED), but make it a push-latching mechanism slot so the microSD card can be easily removed whilst the pcie card is installed.

Also, I would place the GPIO header on the right edge of the card, not the straight one, but the 90° angled one so the ribbon cable could be easily plugged and routed further through the system and not interfere with stacking another card on top.

If you plan to add more connectivity and add ADCs and DACs as others have suggested, I would also consider making the back-plate a dual-slotted one so all the connectors and indicators would fit.

OLED, SDCARD and GPIO moved - ADC is addressed in https://github.com/intergalaktik/ULX4M-PCIe-IO/issues/20
