fix(WIP): Runtime APIs instead of RPCs #531

Closes #503.

The PR adds the following things

[x] handle clippy warnings
[x] Add a feature to run the tests in different modes.
[x] Replace RPCs with runtime APIs.
[ ] Update the interbtc node image to v1 & metadata
