fix: specify multi-collateral #49

This PR is WIP, and will remain so until the comments on the parachain's PR have been addressed. Particularly, using the newly proposed Amount type will change many function signatures, so I did not bother yet to update the signatures of all the functions that now temporarily have a currencyId argument.

Made the following additions:

Slightly updated the vault-registry to move multi-collateral description there.
Added a contributing guideline so that we use the same standard across different files. This will need to be a progressive thing. I've updated some cases, but there are many places that would need to be updated still.
