fix: multi-collateral summary #73

@alexeiZamyatin these are the thresholds that need to be set per collateral currency. Additionally we need to add a new item to our CurrencyId enum. However, this is still somewhat of an open problem, because this would be a breaking change with the current code, and we need to think about how we could roll this out.
