Updated using metadata from interbtc version 1.24.0-rc2

TODO before merging:

[x] run against Interlay mainnet without errors
[x] run against Kintsugi mainnet without errors
[x] run against Kintsugi testnet without errors (at least partially, depending on whether speed issues persist)

All looks good to me. Merging this without running the tests to support testnet upgrade :crossed_fingers:
