Minor updates to the wallet page:

[x] Some assets should always be shown, even at 0 balance. Initially this is native tokens only.
[x] Changes/additions to the table buttons. Wrapped token will show issue, redeem, swap; all other tokens will show buy and bridge, and swap if relevant.
[x] Tooltip added next to ticker/logo.
