Transfer section does not show in/out transfer-history details

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Transfer section
2. Perform the transfer of polkabtc to other wallet
3. Scroll down
4. See no details of any transfer history

Expected behavior User should be able to see the transfer history of polkabtc both in/out to the wallet
