running the example requires `babel-node` and `waitForConnection`

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but when following the example on the README I had to tweak a few things:

• To run this as a file, I needed to install babel-cli and run it with babel-node
• To run this file sequentially, I needed to

client.waitForConnection().then(() => {
  client.quote({
...

Also, once this finally ran, I got that the transfer was rejected:
