Azure deploy failed to configure nginx #8

On http://azure.michielbdejong.com/ I see the "Welcome to nginx" page. Must be something went wrong configuring nginx proxy settings. Will ssh into the azure server and debug.

This error goes away by just waiting! :) I'll update the docs with a warning, to make this clearer.
