Modify landing page README.md - merge with install instructions with description info #310

The landing page for ilp-kit (https://github.com/interledgerjs/ilp-kit/) right now will case the effect of 'user exhaustion'; most people will not clearly understand the homepage or read through it all. Assume most users are willing to make a decision about this repo in 15 seconds or less, if they came across this link on reddit or from a friend.

The top level directory should only have folders. The current landing page for ILP Kit has too many files in the top directory; these need to be moved to another folder.

The landing page for the project should be an animated GIF showing example usage of the ILP Kit. The text to follow should be concise install instructions, with a minimum viable configuration. Clickable links should bring user to a new page for any additional features they may want to install.
