Have you tested this on https://interledger.org/tutorials/ ?

It's more important that the links render correctly on the web than in Github

But README.md doesn't get rendered, right? You can view it at https://interledger.org/tutorials/README.md but nothing links to that right?

The one we should be careful with is https://interledger.org/tutorials/index.md because it's rendered as https://interledger.org/tutorials/ but for README.md I think we can go with whatever works when viewing on github.

Good point. I didn't notice it was on that file.
