Fix lint and rebase error fulfillment/condition #20

The way of generating fulfillment/condition from https://github.com/interledger/tutorials/pull/7/files#diff-2e7846f7c5f5ad0a54cddbb274126991L95 was lost in a rebase. This PR fixes that, plus some lint errors.

@michielbdejong I'm not in a position to test these but I'm happy with the general idea. If it's tested then ship it.
