We are partnering with open-source and tech communities to organize offline events during Hacktoberfest. Our announcement is here

We need a blogpost template for the event organizers to fill up and post on https://community.interledger.org/

Let's discuss here on the template before you pick it up. Suggestions on the blogpost content headings is welcome.
