Hide ilp-kit hostnames #2

The first column is 'ILP Kit URL', it should instead be 'Connector address'.

We could eventually add a separate list of ledgers users can sign up for, but that's separate from the list of connectors that make up the interledger, and it would be a table with very different columns.

Reusing this issue for a newer insight: peering URLs should be kept secret. Connector address is not very interesting, as it's just derived from the connector's pubkey, so better to just display the pubkey itself then, or introduce human-readable nicknames
