Rename PAYMENT_POINTER_URL to WALLET_ADDRESS_URL #32

This refactoring has been introduced in following commit: https://github.com/interledger/rafiki/pull/2029/commits/7c0e17977e4e545e60765827bdbf443f7ba11fc2#diff-6300c4703a2fb930745656aed4f5d68507eb07a20ae1f817a1ca3c9d90901fac

Helm charts however, were never updated and are still using PAYMENT_POINTER_URL.
