Add "People" collection #3

Request: Is it possible to have Briana, Chris and Erika’s bios have distinct URLs? It looks good the way they open up, but we were hoping to link to them in a few places. If this isn’t possible just let me know.

@mccamon / @bmarbury The new landing pages are available for review on the staging site:

This collection is also available to add/edit as "Team Members" in Cloudcannon: https://app.cloudcannon.com/32080/editor#sites/88096/explore/_team_members

We can create a PR/Merge back into the production (main) branch when it is ready to push live.
