No hyperlink for the open payment picture in the documention #319

when we click on the open payment pic in the start of the documentation, we are directed to a new tab with the picture on it. We can make it a hyperlink that when someone clicks on the picture then he is directed to the main website https://docs.openpayments.guide/. That would be great.

Please assign this issue to me for hactoberfest.

The Open Payments docs are currently maintained in ReadMe, which requires user accounts for individuals. We can't create accounts for users outside of the Interledger Foundation. That being said, we're actively working on moving the content out of ReadMe and into a format that will allow PRs against the content.
