Get a baseline metric for Rafiki performance
- transactions per second
  - main metric: time between an outgoing payment is funded to a when it completes
  - how many parallel requests we can handle
  - fulfilled packets per second (?)
Run tests in CI
Tigerbeetle vs Postgres
