[BUG] Tab not closing when declining the grant #363

Steps to reproduce

Open the extension popup
Load the public key in your wallet provider UI
Submit the connect form
Decline the grant

Expected result

The tab is not being closed.

Actual result

The tab should close, just like we do when the user accepts the grant.
