What does maxBalance mean for this plugin?

Isn't maxBalance for a trustline what maxUnsecured is for a payment channel? If so, maybe we should just rename it to maxUnsecured?

Do you propose to rename maxBalance in the plugin framework? The xrp paychan plugin does not use maxBalance currently.
