Create a public document that shows the different rewards for identifying different types of bugs in Bouncer.

Critical:

Knock Bouncer offline
Get URLs (with prefix) to not be scanned
Change settings for current server
Change settings for another server

High:

Read settings for another server

Medium:

Read logs without permission
Change logs

Low:

Change Bouncer's name on the server
