Screen remains off once off during call #46

Description

While in a conversation, once the screen goes off there is no way to turn it on again. In fact, it is impossible to even end the call due to this. The phone does not react to any buttons at this point.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a call
  2. Wait for the screen to go off
  3. Shake the phone or press a button (power or volume)

Expected behavior: Screen comes on, action of button is executed Observed behavior: Screen stays black, button press has no effect

Build: cm_endeavoru-userdebug 4.0.4 IMM76I 36-4c...ca8 test-keys

Do you have the orientation bug?

Odd, seems fine here. There's a slight delay if the screen is off via the proximity sensor, it takes a second or two to realize it's not up against your face, but even if I force it off by pressing the power button, or leaving it on my desk for a few minutes (On call to an IVR menu) and it turns off, it still turns back on here just fine?

Does seem to be working here, too. Perhaps you could run the latest build and confirm the issue is still there, @jschwertfeger?

@Therbo If you mean the black screen during rotation, yes.

@ChillingSilence @tgascoigne I haven't seen the problem anymore in the last couple of days. Weird. I'm fine with closing the issue.
