Turning off "Volume Rocker controls Music" disables "Wake on Volume" #56

Initially thought it was deep-sleep related, it's been like this since as long as I can remember, I only finally got around to diagnosing it.

Turn off the "Volume rocker controls music" under sounds and the "Wake on volume button press" option no longer works reliably. Might be worth adding a tooltip for it or something if one is checked but not the other?

This sounds like it might be a Cyanogenmod issue rather than device specific, has anyone got another cm9 device they can test with?

Sadly after doing that I can't get Wake on Volume to work reliably again now (Really broken!). About to do a full wipe again and test..
