Feature Request: Other states fires

The official apps and websites that are around promote a very siloed view of this crisis by typically only showing a single state per app/webpage as there isn't a national crisis authority behind any of them - so if you follow any link on social media it invariably ends back at a state level map.

It would be great to have a resource that consolidated the feeds from each state and territory into a single map to show how truly national this is!

I'll look into this. The problem is that there is no standard data format returned by each of the state's data services. Currently this page relies on GeoJSON format which is provided by NSW and Victoria. I'll try to work out how to do some translation of the other state's data.

I'll be using this issue to store notes on where the GeoJSON files for each state can be pulled.
