Point University of Cambridge to their website

Currently, University of Cambridge is not pointing to their official website. In addition, HTML character entity was not use for the special character like the ampersand.

Steps to Reproduce

The necessary needs to the be made in the 'footer.pug file. Use anchor tag and HTML entity name or number. @yochannah @AdrianBZG I will work on the issue. Please assign it to me

Expected Behaviour

A user should be redirected to University of Cambridge official website.
