Google universal analytics will stop gathering data July 2023, so we need to migrate to Google analytics 4, which uses a different API.
Analytics is still disabled for our mines. Once we start gathering data we should probably make it opt-in with a dialog to satisfy https://github.com/intermine/bluegenes/issues/712.
