Fixes issues tagged next release to provide features for coming Bluegenes release.
Includes various fixes for substantial bugs found while working on those issues.
The dashboard (everything above the table) now has a cleaner look, especially in Bluegenes.
Warning: This PR forgot to include updating the imcljs version in project.clj to 1.3.0, which is instead committed to dev branch later.
