Add new html to serve im-tables instance #204

Checkout #203 @uosl I've added a new html file with the script you suggested. I'm yet to configure the Gruntfile to prompt the user to go to https://localhost:9000. Will definitely commit all changes by today.

I haven't made changes to the CONTRIBUTING doc yet. Those additions can be made once this PR is reviewed.

On second thoughts, running npm run dev does produce this output:

INFO Accepting connections at https://localhost:9000

So I don't think we need to modify the Gruntfile
