issue#164: update stylesheet to work nicely with very short screens #216

Updated the Modal to fit all content in short screens.

I apologise for the very late feedback!

Thank you for your work, this fixes the modal contents not being scrollable on short screens. However, the text-align change from left to center does come off a bit strange some places, particularly on the filter manager. I'll see if I can change this and merge the PR for the modal overflow change.
