Improvement in basic ui #37

1) Extra rectangular box taking up the space which makes extra unnecessary gap when tab size is minimized to an extent. 2) The search bar section which apparently helps in user interaction is laid at bottom(reduces it's impact and usefulness), so swapping it with 'contribution guide section' 3) Due to first point_1 there is problem with the content alignment, hence making it centered

@yochannah can i go forward with this issue?

hey @tinycosmos ! for 1 and 3, 'im not averse to centering it - please make sure it works nicely in all screen widths, though.

for 2 - we actually prefer it down the bottom :)

@tinycosmos I didn't quite click until you added the screenshot why things were looking out of alignment - there should be a full intermine results table showing up on the homepage but it broke!

If you take a look in the js console, you can see there's an error fetching data from FlyMine. What we actually need to do is get the table back - to do this we'll probably just need to correct the old flymine URL and move it to the new FlyMine URL (which you can get from the registry). Would you like to give that a go?
