Fixed Issue: Group similar content in intermine/tutorials page and organize by topics (Materials, Exercises) and group by programming language(Python, R) and level(beginner, intermediate and advanced).

@yochannah Hi, i hope you are well, i fixed the issue i proposed in the training-portal-ideas(https://github.com/intermine/intermine-homepage-2017/issues/27#issuecomment-600672618) i grouped the similar topics in the intermine/tutorials page and organized them into similar contents, i separated a topic only for the exercises and organizaded them by level but in the moment there's only Advanced R Exercises, i would like some feedback if i am going in the right way cause it is my first time here and i am very thankful and glad to work on it, i am open to suggestions and advices, have a great week!
