We'd like to try to make things look a bit more consistent across platforms and emulate BlueGenes. Here are some suggestions if we have time:
[x] Search results: move the colour-coding to a bar at the side rather than the background. Plain white search result items
[x] Search results: remove whitespace between results and remove corner-rounding. Maybe use a light grey bottom/top border to separate items.
[x] Lists: same as search results
[x] Favourites: Add coloured side-bar based on type (or dark grey if no colour for this type)
[x] Templates: Use tags to add colour-coded bars. Sometimes templates will have more than one tag, so needs to support multiple bars. You can see here: https://github.com/intermine/bluegenes/issues/130 how it was handled in bluegenes, but the mobile app probably doesn't have room to display all tags; just coloured bars might be better.
[x] List results: List results are homogenous, so basing the background colour on type (rather than colouring individual results) seems logical, however if everything else uses a bar on the left for typing, it is probably better to ass the type colour as a left-hand bar as well (and lose the whitespace/rounded corners as in other screens).
