strain background info in allele name #10

When @kimrutherford and I were looking at this we spotted

where "h90" is 'background, and not part of the allele name and so should not appear in this column.

That is an error at our end! Fixing now

PS. Over the next week or so Kim will make improvements to the allele name exports. We should be able to cover most via the pipeline, and then I can fill in the gaps.

The downloadable PHAF only has two, h- sty1delta and h90 sty1delta with one annotation apiece.
