We use Protein Modification ontology PSIMOD (the one with MOD: prefixes) to describe actual modifications (we use PRO to describe modified forms as annotation entities, (but we probably won't get to include those)

|I don't think there will be time to do this as the extensions (residues etc) would need to be modelled correctly.
