Adding 'subject ' to an allele annotation query #26

I expected this to add 'gene' but this is what I got:

@ValWood could you screenshot the query - I can't see where the subject is coming from?

Right this isn't the exact query (I wasn't logged in so they didn't save)- but this is similar:

We can close though, it is essentially the same issue as https://github.com/intermine/pombemine/issues/27

Actually reopening. Next time we chat we can go through these columns. We have too many classes with the same data/meaning. Maybe we don't need them all. Still need to discuss the content of primary identifier allele primary identifier (these 2 column contents are the same- I'm also not sure that we need the bracketed part of the ID, but I am working through the remaining fixes atm to ensure that they are unique without this)
