Chromosome #32

Chromosome name is not populated. Should this be exported in the json file?

I don't know what 'score' or 'score type' mean in the context of chromosome?

Score and score type are just general fields of sequence feature. We get extra fields like this as you can't develop a fairly generic data model and still be specific for every data type.

We tend to just use Primary identifier for chromosomes in other mines but you can add it if you want to.

Right Chromosome identifier is populated.

From using Intermine the biggest major improvement to improve useability (to me) would be to hide model fields that are not populated from the Query builder interface. This is probably the main reason that users are confused by the Query builder, it isn't that complicated once you know the features. However, if you don't know what data is there, or what it is loaded as are continually clicking on data types that aren’t populated. (I know I keep banging on about this but it would be so much better if the unpopulated terms could be hidden)
