Import Rhea terms linked to GO MFs #40

We discussed briefly in this ticket making use of a mapping between GO MF terms and Rhea. https://github.com/intermine/pombemine/issues/16 by making Rhea reaction components available (ideally linked to the relevant GO terms via the mapping file). I don't know if a ticket was opened for this on another tracker.

I'm happy to discuss how this should work in a way that makes sense.
