GO term page does not show annotations http://pombemine.rahtiapp.fi/pombemine/report/GOTerm/9000284

Is there a configuration option for this?

kimrutherford commented 2 years ago

I think if we created the right template (with GOTerm as the starting point) then the template results would show up on the term pages.

OK what sort of query? @rachellyne told me it makes more sense to begin GO queries from "gene"

I think that's sensible in general, but they won't appear on the term page if they begin with Gene (I think).

I've made a new template as a test ("GOTerm --> Annotation") that starts with a GOTerm and I made it public. It now appears at the bottom of the GO term pages: http://pombemine.rahtiapp.fi/pombemine/report/GOTerm/9670366

The annotations don't display. Is something else required?

I didn't notice that section. That looks like something that should be configured/fixed separately.

What I added was a template which will display at the bottom of the page.

Fixing that makes more sense than having a template.

@danielabutano can you advise how to populate this?
