SEO - letting google know about tools #64

Google is doing better about JavaScript but we should make an effort to get our tools indexed by search engines.

We'd want the tool to be a valid entry point, which I think is done.

Did I mention the idea that came out of discussion with Mike Cherry that templates be discoverable by google, that providing suitable keywords for search engines are part of the template definition process, and that perhaps their appearance is tweaked to make them look more like completely independent tools to those who reach them via google (e.g. a "want to see what other tools like this we have?")
