Logo appears blurry #10

What Happened Our logo is blurry in both places it appears

What Should Happen It should not be blurry. In particular, we should probably switch to SVG images in the places where we're using it?

To Reproduce

  1. load the main page of https://juggercouncil.org
  2. look at the nav bar
  3. look at the logo at the bottom
  4. wipe the tears of joy from your eyes, observe that the logos are still blurry

Additional Notes Like I said, SVG would be best here. Or we maybe just need to downsample the PNGs less.

SVG is definitely the best way to fix this :)
