Description With better SEO, more people can find our website and learn about jugger! That would be awesome.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] ensure each page in each language has a distinct title and description
[ ] add sitemap.xml for site
[ ] add site to Google's Webmaster Tools
[ ] submit sitemap.xml to Google's Webmaster Tools
[ ] add Twitter card metadata
[ ] add FB Open Graph card metadata
