Contributors document in repository

Description Would like to see a document in the repo giving credit to everyone who has provided something for the site. This will keep us from cluttering the footer on the page, and make it easier for folks to add.

Acceptance Criteria

• document needs to exist
• document needs to be in the repo
• document needs to be linked in the footer
