Description
To keep things consistent on the map, we need to force images to be the right size, even when they're not.
Acceptance Criteria
Existing images on the map all show at 150px x 150px.
Additional Notes
It's annoying to have to resize everything. I'm aware that this might eat a bit of bandwidth but I'm not too concerned about that; if we want to be able to have other people add images to show up on the map, we need to make it as easy as possible to crowdsource.
