Validate that a user can change their email address.
Steps to reproduce issue
) Sign into system as a registered user
2) Select Account >> Email
3) Select "change"
4) Enter new email address
5) Select UPDATE
Expected result
Need to confirm what should happen here. I would suspect that you should have to reconfirm your email via a link. But that may not be required.
Testing Priority

Actual result
Changing the email works.
But the new email is not verified and immediately shows as verified.
I would suspect that the system requires to verify the email address before allowing this change.
When you logout and log back in, the email is not shown to have changed.
