Steps to reproduce issue
1) From the first page of the New Label wizard (From and To address)
2) Change FROM address to an International address
3) Change TO Address to valid address
4) Set package characteristics
5) Select NEXT
6) Observe the system
Expected result
System should provide actionable error for FROM addresses that are not US-based.
