Steps to reproduce issue
1) Navigate to the Customs page by entering valid data on the New Label Setup Form (document package weight)
2) Select Content Type
3) Add multiple Customs Items manipulating the weights to be greater than the original package weight.
Expected result
System should provide user with actionable errors?

Suggested:
When calculated total value and weight of the items don't match to values input on New Label Setup Form, there should be error message that shortly describes issue to customer, asks him/her to review data and correct, even go back to New Label Setup page and correct data. Only after correction done, NEXT should be clickable.
