Attempt to enter different weights where the sum is greater than the total weight entered on the previous "New Labele Setup Form.
Steps to reproduce issue
1) Navigate to the Customs page by entering valid data on the New Label Setup Form (document package weight)
2) Select Content Type
3) Add multiple Customs Items manipulating the weights to be greater than the original package weight.
Expected result
System should provide user with actionable errors?
