Steps to reproduce issue
1) Navigate through New Label Setup Form (DOMESTIC)
2) Prior to selecting a mail classes, observe that the Services selections (should all be disabled)
3) Select a mail class
4) Select different Services.
5) Observe Summary section.
6) Select Finish and Print
Expected result
Ensure the "Summary" section is updated correctly.
Ensure that the label can be printed

Following options do not show on summary:
